Passing threshold: A minimum of 67 out of 100 points is required to be eligible for the Federal Skilled Worker Program. Reaching the threshold does not guarantee selection. IRCC issues Invitations to Apply (ITAs) through periodic Express Entry draws based on CRS scores.
