Business Immigration

Connect your business background with the right Canadian pathway

Canada has federal and provincial options that may be relevant to entrepreneurs, innovative founders and experienced business people. Atlas Immigration helps Iranian and international clients separate immigration requirements from the commercial planning needed for a sound venture.

Programs differ by purpose

Business immigration is not one single visa. Federal options may focus on an innovative venture and support from a designated organization. Provincial entrepreneur streams typically assess business ownership or senior-management experience, net worth, investment capacity, active management, community location and job creation under program-specific criteria.

Some business people may first require temporary work authorization connected to their proposed activity. A commercial opportunity, company registration or investment does not by itself guarantee a work permit or permanent residence. The immigration strategy must align with current law and the genuine business plan.

Start with the official Government of Canada immigration program finder and the relevant province or territory.

Prepare verifiable records

  • Ownership, management and employment history
  • Lawful source and availability of personal funds
  • Corporate, tax and financial records
  • Business concept, market research and operating plan
  • Language, education and exploratory-visit records if required
  • Documents from a designated organization or province, when applicable

Atlas can review immigration pathway fit and organize supporting evidence. Independent legal, accounting, tax and commercial advice may also be appropriate; immigration representation does not replace those disciplines.
